Refund Policy

Clear terms for subscription refunds and credits.

1 Subscription Model

AutomatIQ Handshake operates on a subscription basis billed in USD. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled. All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes.

2 7-Day New Subscriber Guarantee

If you are a new subscriber and are not satisfied within the first 7 days of your initial paid subscription, contact us for a full refund — no questions asked.

This guarantee applies only to first-time subscribers on their initial plan and does not apply to renewals or plan upgrades.

3 Billing Errors

If you believe you were charged incorrectly — including duplicate charges or charges after cancellation — contact us within 30 days of the charge. Verified billing errors will be fully refunded.

4 Service Outages

If AutomatIQ Handshake experiences downtime exceeding 24 consecutive hours in a calendar month due to causes within our control, affected subscribers may be eligible for a pro-rated credit applied to their next billing cycle.

5 No Refunds For

  • Renewals not cancelled before the billing date
  • Partial months of service after cancellation mid-cycle
  • Unused features or email credits within your plan
  • Accounts suspended due to Terms of Service violations

6 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain full access until then. No refund is issued for the remaining portion of the billing cycle upon cancellation.

7 How to Request a Refund

Email us at info@automatiqhandshake.com with your account email, invoice number, and reason for the request. We respond within 3–5 business days.
