AutomatIQ Handshake is an AI-powered sales outreach automation platform that enables businesses to identify prospects, personalise outreach campaigns, and automate follow-up communications via email and other channels. The Service is provided on a subscription basis and accessed via a web interface.
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration and keep it up to date.

Violation of the Acceptable Use policy may result in immediate account suspension without refund.
Subscriptions are billed in USD on a recurring basis. By providing payment details, you authorise us to charge the applicable fees. All fees are non-refundable except as stated in our Refund Policy. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice.
The Service, including all software, designs, trademarks, and content, is owned by Learning Hub Pvt. Ltd. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service during your subscription. No intellectual property rights are transferred to you.
You retain ownership of all data and content you upload to the platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Learning Hub Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.
Either party may terminate the subscription at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately for breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease and your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan.
